i just checked his fines, this guy only has one 200 dirhams radar fine. yes the fine is based on the old system dating back to 25-7-2004, yes which also means that this car is probably illegal and is out of registration since around that same period. that's f****ing 6 damn long years!!!
how could you possibly get away with an expired registration for 6 years? the only way i see doable is by installing a magical wing. :bow:
