E46 Navigation

Hello guys
I got this navigation with 4:3 screen but it is based on the Japanese specs. the updates did not work on it because it needs some special versions for the japanese based system. anyone knows a place where I can update the system and get the latest possible maps of middle east for the E46?

you can't update or do anything to your current system .

you must replace all the hardwares from JPAN specs to Euro SPecs , go to Janu in qusais and they will do it for you .. not cheap at all BTW.

looks like a complicated thing to do =\ seems like I'll go with the Dynavin Android unit after all

there are many good aftermarket direct plug and play replacement these days , some of with them with android OS , amazing functions .
