HELP from electrical (and maybe mechanical) experts

Hello guys

suddenly and out of nowhere, without a single touch, the passenger door wont unlock!

-the remote is ABLE to lock it BUT not to unlock it
-the button in the center console will NOT lock it or unlock it!
despite the normal usual mechanical sounds in the door when trying to unlock

while u can open the door manually from the inside by pulling the handle

my problem is pretty much similar to this one in the video except unlocking it manually for the outside wont work also !!

Has similar on my e39...actuator problem on mine....might be worth a look.....i couldnt open my door....but i think you can so should be easier too check...

do u recommend any workshop to check it ? I wanna avoid those monsters who brake the clips of the sensitive interiors (specially BMW's)

Bisho, i used DAS, no damage for me.....but i couldnt open my door, you can so should be ok...
