How to make the club car faster

As the title reads, I want to find ways to make the 1995 318is faster. I have found out that a chip would add about 10-11 hp( I found some real cheap ones on ebay, too cheap to buy). I will try to research some more on performance upgrades, please feel free to chip in with any info

i like the idea of NO SWAP
it is a challenge guys to make it run faster
my general idea is tweak the engine to more power and reduce weight
i will try to find real ideas

when it comes to reducing weight... I think Falcon's garage has done a GREAT job... complete strip of the interior!! even the Airbag control unit sits right next to you! just glad they kept the A/C and one stereo speaker (only the tweeter might I add)!!! made me driving it up and down Emirates road a lot more fun :D

Well we have played with the LSD ratio and it worked. But once on a straight line the car needs that extra grunt.

I'll lay it down from experience; anything short of FI on the 318is is a complete money waste. Check all the forums if you want for info, but you'll find out that it's a universal fact.

Well i would recommend the removal of the AC belt in order the remove the load the crunk pully is undergoing. tune the car to get a richer A/F mixure along with straight pipes and a small cane at the back for back pressure issues....Also we can remove the fan clutch and swap an electric fan instead as this will free up HPs and will save the price of a broken fan clutch.... Thats about it :D

FI = Forced Induction = Turbo, Supercharger, also sometimes includes Nitros

as ayham said the 318is has limited potential interms of power gain if FI is not considered...
