    Aluminium Trim scratch removal?

    Hi All,
Just want to get your opinions on the possibility of removing deep scratches from some aluminium interior trim I bought second hand. I know it would involve grinding down but do you think I could make it look like new somehow by DIY or at a body shop? Or it is beyond repair?
    Thanks.

That's the next level of scratching !

It's more like holes in there ....

I'm sure that someone will suggest something really soon ! :D

But from my side, why don't you visit X-Service Center ? ( Not sure tho )

sadly the al trim is not paint. so he should wrap it up with maybe CF to get rid ove the scratches. or perhaps have it painted into another color.

Grinding works, mill it down by 0.5mm to 1mm at a workshop for AED10 or so.

How thick is the piece over all? If thick enough then he can afford milling a bit more..

U cant polish it to aluminum finish and if you paint it u lost the key feature in aluminum trim pieces; the aluminum polish
