Questions about the 1 Series ...

First of all, How is everybody doing?

When was the 1 series first produced? How much do they go for? I’m talking about the 120i that comes in 3 doors and 5 doors.

I'd like to know about it as I'm having thoughts of buying a manual 120i 3 doors to use as a Daily Driver. I kinda like how it looks even though I used to find it ugly as ****! But now I think it would look sick if dropped.

Please feed me with info.

Manual ? Get some coilovers and good tires, strip her of the unnecessary and go to the Saudi AutoCross, show them Luminas and Camrys how it's done !

Yes manual. Would like to Autocross one of these. What I like about the 120i is that it's a rear wheel drive.

Actually, I am most probably going to drive a Lumina SS for UMA (Universal Motor Agencies) at this Autocross In Sha2 Allah. Wish me luck guys :D

No I guess, I won't be able to find one :( But there are Manual E92 M3's though.

Now about the Lumina, I had the choice to pick between a Lumina SS & a S. I went for the SS for sure. Otherwise, I'd be driving my M3 :bmwfan:

Thanks for the list. Saw that thread a while ago.

I wanted prices of used cars as no way I'm spending all that money on such car. I'd pay almost what I paid for my M5 if I'm to by a new 120i!

P.S I just found out that the 125i isn't the hatch back. Only interested on the hatch back so can anybody give me an estimated price of a used standard 120i please?

If I'm to measure based on these numbers, then they'd be still expensive. 140,000 - 150,000 means they're still around 60,000.

1 series is off the list I guess :( But I'll be searching for one in Saudi and hopfully I'll find it oneday. It'd be automatic I assume but it doesn't matter as I feel there will be a project if the car was cheap if you know what I mean :dangerous:

I think that the used 125i is going for 100k or less ... correct me if I'm wrong guys ! :)

+1 it shouldnt exceed 100k, it should be somewhere around 75k to 90k

And it's got a lot of options. Now if I could find one with no options whatsoever, it might be cheaper.

Funny thing, this 120i got the keyless entry option that I don't have in my M5:rofl2:
