    Diff Service

    hey guys
does any1 know where I can get my diff oil changed? X service does not seem to be able to source diff oil. Worse, AGMC told me that there was no drain plug...so they could not change the diff oil. what a bunch of crackers:runaway:
i really dont want to import diff oil (i am thinking bavauto.com) as BMW does not supply diff oil.
Apparently it is sealed for life... i ask, whose life? i wanna keep my car for a good few years, so I prefer to have this done at 100,000km

I had changed my diff oil when the car had done 140,000km .. I believe every car's diff's oil needs to be changed at every 150,000 km !!

Ayham, where is cental auto parts? I dont know according to the manual what the oil is, but searching the web, there is a guy on http://www.bmw325i.net/maint_rear_diff_fluid.shtml

He is a little but obsessed about his car, but his site is cool for the DIY guy.

Bottom line, 75W90 fully synthetic is what i need. I would do it myself, but in this weather no way without the right tools/equipment.:nono:

so pls also recommend a good place who can do this for me without charging me the whole world-it is a 20 minute job after all.

Give Central a call on 06-5333539. Asl for Ghazali or Sarad, tell them you're with the BMW Club UAE.
