Newbie Need Help - Advice and guidance on what to do?

Hi there - i would like to pick your brain on some basic issues i have with my car...

I have E60 (2005 model) and got it second hand (done 92K KM)...and just found out the last maintenance done was at 72,000 by AGMC...

    What I did after purchased....

    1. Oil Change (flushed) - fully synthetic oil (ADNOC)
    2. Engine Coolant change (ADNOC)
    3. General Check-up - done by Fastrack

    Issues I have right now...

    1. Engine coolant - although checked by Fastrack already, every 2 weeks am refilling it...
    2. A/C - taking a minimum of 10 minutes before it blows cold air
    3. Computer is locked and cannot be re-set? Apparently, only through the agency i can unlock it to reflect maintenance done...

    My questions are:

    1. Is the kind of engine oil am using is the right one?
    2. What do you think is my problem with my engine coolant?
    3. Is there a problem with my AC?

On general note, do you guys suggest that I bring my car to Agency for major maintenance (100K KM) rather than doing it outside?

Finally, as i am doing hard accelaration (sometimes) i hear a sound under e.g. "thugh"...

Sorry, kind of naive but any advice, I will definitely appreciate!

    Thanks guys in advance..

regarding the engine cooland level...maybe the coolant system had some leakage....check the coolant hoses, radiator, is there any water leakage around the water pump?
for late blowing cold air.....check the compresor pressure, gas level or some kind of internal blower electronic issues.
as i know synthetic oil ok for you car...mine i changed every 20,000 Km in AD motors.

Re: water leakage, i don't see - checking that when i leave my car in parking..but will check radiator or coolant hoses..

Are doing your maintenance in AD Motors or do you have shop here in AUH that you would recommend that can help me with my issues?

Coolant: I think it's your expansion tank. They crack and hence leak, check there first.

AC: it's taking too long for your system to build up pressure. Normally it takes 30 seconds to blow cold air. However, I'd fill it up with fryon for starters. It could be short on gas that's all.

Hunyango, regarding coolant, do you park your car under sun? I have this problem when I park my car under hot sun, if not, it's OK and within 1 mint I get very cold, my problem is because I have gas shortage and I have to refill but waiting to get free time.

I am using Castrol Magnetic 10w40, it's amazing for my 330ci and recommended by BMW members :)

Everything dear should be BMW original parts, don't go for other companies like adnoc.

                        Good luck
