    What will happen if you accidently pressed P while driving?

    Anyone here know what will happen ???

    All Automatic cars have an interlock that prevent shifting intoo Park or Reverse while u driving the car, There must be a minimum speed for the interlock to engage.

      All electronic park brakes will not engage above a certain speed limit (7mph)
      and if its done below that while the car is in motion you will damage the hand brake actuator or throw it out synch!

        If you drove a Man's car i.e. manual transmission, you would not have this problem! hahahahaha

            Which would imply activating the parking break and not the Parking position of the shift lever.
