Thinking of picking up this E39 and E60! Your thoughss?

Apart from Engine, Tranny and Diffs. What else do I need to look out for. I'm taking her to the dealer for a full inspection before handing over the cash!

I know what to look out for in the E60 very well. It's just the E39 I'm rusty on!

vanos rattle, oil leaks (look at all the pipes), worn suspension components, clutch, all sensors (missfires).

it would be a big plus to get the service record of this E39 before you buy it or you are looking at a major PITA
