Hi Guys, You guys here seem pretty much informed with the mods to bring out the beast in your rides, ECU tuning is one way for sure to unleash those extra ponies without too much hassle and cost. I wonder if there are any enthusiast workshop members who would like to put there hands on this field of ECU chipping/remapping . FYI all bimmers made upto the era of E46/E39 has a EPROM (cheap) or EEPROM chip which stores all the map data within so you really don't need expensive flash tools to read/write. What you need is a good soldering station with some expertise to operate it and a high grade EPROM programmer. If anybody is interested can make a package with the necessary tools/training etc. which should give the members a much affordable tune.
