I know this is not a solution to your problem but thought I’d share.

I installed Vista over XP on my home PC and lost everything!!!
I got an expert guy in and he removed Vista and re-installed XP, he then recovered all my files and also gave me a copy of Norton corporate and I never need to pay for annual subscription, simply run live update.

My tip.....GET AN EXPERT IN!!!!!!:)
