I think it depends where u are in this world.

When i bought my M coupe from the states, it wasn't so rare compared to when i moved to Montreal Canada. I had the only silver m coupe in the area, and there were maybe 3 other m coups in all montreal!
I ended up selling the car for the same price i bought after using it for 2 years!
And if i had time, i would have sold it for more! lol!
But again, the E36 M3 price is a bit high :)
