I sure as hell think so !!
Not only do the spoiler and the front aero's make a difference, if you look closely at the front seats.
Those aren't standard E92 M3 seats, they are almost identical to the E46 M3 CSL seats wich really says something.

Well, ladies and gentlemen ! I think we have it, the E92 M3 CSL. I hope !

front rim not same as the rear.. and remember the E46 CSL came only in silver grey so i think the pics are a photoshop :)

Man, this is just a test mule. Atleast that's what it looks like.
That justifies the different rims, it's a sight we normally see on most test mules. And one more thing to note on this car as a difference the standard E92 M3 is the ride hight is considerably lower.

And about the Rims, don't forget that they were testing it over there.... so they won't even take a look on how that car should look.

Wich is exactly the point, test mules never look like the real thing therefor the different rims.

but those are very old pics, never heard/seen anything on the CSL since then..

i still think those are photoshopped normal M3 pics :)

and i really hope bmw don't test the CSL with 7 series rims, unless they're just testing the A/C, which the CSL doesn't have anyway hehe :p
