    What A Luck!

    They say a retired man from New York bought a farm in Portugal. The offer was for the land and hunger. The funny thing is that the hunger doors were welded and no one bothered to try to open it.

    It was that guy's luck to take the risk and buy the farm, and open the welded doors.
