i learned how to cook almost everythings during my study in uni. while im in jordan coz im not fancy of eating outside (just me) ...hasan..u need to try our upside down meal :D

loooool, its meal our traditional meal just cook it then aftre finished u need to turn the plate u cooked on it, this u ll have all the rice and everythings in the plate infront of u but upside down :D..then u can put the fried chicken on the top
Its consisting of (rice, eggplant, cauliflower, chicken or meat)
