                        Firstly: You will NEVER, EVER get permission from the "war office/Treasury"
                        Secondly: If you have US$400k burning a hole in your pocket, I am sure there are 1 or 2 of us on this here forum that would gladly relieve you of said US$400k so that we can buy our "hand-brakes" expensive and useless presents.

                        PS: we would make sure that we saved a bit for your funeral expenses hahaha
