Morning all,

I'm in a good mood today :yuhoo: My best friends, who i've not seen in about 6 months, arrived from the UK last night! I went and collected them from Abu Dhabi airport. I had been looking forward to running the M3 down there but unfortunately my mates had bought too much luggage for the Bimmer so i had to take my dad's Pajero instead...not quite the same driving experience, let me assure you! Still, my drive in today was fun, and the M3 has been feeling loads better since i had the work done at X...

That's great news... wish I can say that I'm enjoying my baby too :( always stuck in freakin traffic and haven't been able to drive it the way it wants to be driven!!!

I have to make it to the next HPDS... FTMFW

Good thanks man, and you? I got to work late today, i'm going to leave early, and i have two of the next three days off! I'm taking my friends over to Snoopy Island on the east coast for some snorkelling, which should be good fun.

I know what you mean about being stuck in traffic all the time! I have 5 routes that i can takle to work...every morning i take a different route, and i always end up stuck in traffic at some point! I usually get stuck at The Greens/Barsha - where do you encounter your traffic jams?

As i said, the cars running well, but i do need to get the "boot striker" fixed - the fitting isn't quite right and so the boot make a clunking sound everytime i change gear or go over a speed bump! :cursing:

Yeah, you need to get to the HPDS to remind yourself of what you car is capable of on a proper road with no traffic jams!

The traffic jam I get stuck in is completely stupid... I live in the Burj area and just want to get to the DIFC where I work!!! it takes me 30min or so every morning... it's unbelievable!

I have to check out this Snoopy Island... no idea how to get there but I've heard that it's a really nice place. Have to get around the area more often :)

Sucks about the boot... inshallah that'll be fixed soon too. I'm actually already dreaming of leaving work today... fat chance of that though, got loads of work and clients to meet...
