I pay quiet a lot, 230 000 inclusive of swimming pool, tennis, squash, gym, spa, and AC. this is for a 2 bedroom duplex. I know that they have still some normal 2 bedrooms for approx. 160 000 and they are quiet big. Like i said the building is empty and it is easy to get in and have a look on all apt.

must be something luxurious cause these days the prices in JLT opposite dubai marina are 65k-75k for 1 bedroom and 110k-120k for 2 bedroom..

i hope when may/june comes the prices drop a bit further!

Dubizzle is nice for a lot of thinks but defenitely not for real estate, so many appartements i have visited from Dubizzle and so many times i was desapointed. either the location is **** or the info are wrong and you just waste your time. My opinion.

believe me prices ARE dropping like crazy.. come June they'll be even 10-20% less ;)
