believe me prices ARE dropping like crazy.. come June they'll be even 10-20% less ;)

I know price is going down for sure but was stupid to sign before the crisis but that is life. Believe me i could not find anything under 170 000 in the marina for a 2 bedroom.

yep that is true but at least dubai marina is almost finished and lakes still under construction.
