i will be replying to the mails on his behalf since he's not always behind the desk. if there is something urgent i'll ask him to log in and view the matter, sometimes he needs to view a picture of parts sent by memebrs etc.. or if a member requires the garage to order parts and source certain parts in sharjah then it can be easier to send the list directly to him. it saves me the effort in sending some information over the phone.
