A study showed that by doing exercise or joining gyms you shouldnt think you are going to become thin, because exercise actually makes you feel hungry and you tend to eat after that.. Whats more important than doing exercise is the healthy eating habbits.. Cut down all the crap that you eat and the food that makes you fat, then think of joining a gym or doing some exercise ;)Comment
