Lebanese chefs prepare a giant serving of tabbouleh, a salad made of chopped parsley and tomatoes, in an attempt to set a Guinness World Record, in Beirut.
The plate of salad weighed in at 7,000 lb.
Tabouleh is a salad made of chopped parsley and tomatoes, that Lebanon also claims as its own.
The bid follows a similar bid earlier to create the largest bowl of hummus, a traditional dish that has great worldwide popularity.
