if you had an auto transmition licence can you buy a manual gear car cuse in ad you cant but dubai ?

You can buy the car but you can't register it. In other words, you will transfer owner ship NOT registration from the previous owner. In Arabic and at RTA, it's called "naqel 7iyaza". Theres a from you have to fill out which costs 95AED if I'm not mistaken.
