The HTC Shift is useless, I've played with one a year or two ago (friend used to work with HTC), too big and not easy to use for what it is and too expensive to compete with laptops in its price range... Get a regular phone and an Asus EEE PC and your are set

yeah but HTC Touch Diamond is the one without a keyboard, it's slim though..

the one with keyboard is HTC Touch Pro and it's 3499 Dhs :)

I honestly didn't like the PRO... its too thick and bulky, prefer the slimmer Touch Diamond. Plus the Pro is a little out of my budget :)

it is bulky like you said.. i was expecting a slimmer design & was disappointed when i first saw & held it (yesterday)..

but i think i'll end up getting it, it's a bit smaller than my JasJam (or Tytn II)

I found this forum for upgrades and the like for windows based phones: xda-developers. I know for a fact that the Touch Diamond needs a software upgrade... been trying to find the upgrade on this site but failed, anyone use it?
