    Tire Change time

So my 330Ci Convertible 2005 is up for renewal and the tires were made in 2013 so I'm guessing they won't pass the RTA test even though they have 50% thread left.

Now I have the M3 Rims on my car and surprisingly, even though it's made in 2005, the tires are run flats.

When I asked the guys at the petrol station tire shop if I can change them to non-runflat they said no, I have to buy the same tires which will cost me around 6000 dhs for Pirelli's

Is that true? can I not change them to non-runflat or is it recommended to stick to runflats since that's what my car has?

2013 will pass the RTA test (4 years is usually the limit). I passed mine with 2013 tyres.

You can easily put normal tyres, not necessary that they need to be run-flats.
