Jabal Jais Drive - September 26th 2014

Dear Members,

For the first official drive of the 2014/2015 season we would kindly invite you to attend our September drive to Ras Al Khaimah, a destination of thrill and excitement to many.

Please join us along with your families and loved once on Friday 26th September for a new experience as we offer full catering services to our members covering food, soft drink and the option of shisha as a service at the highest altitude in the UAE.

This will be a one destination drive, to enjoy what matters most.

Event details:

• Meet location: BMW AGMC Sheikh Zayed Rd
• Meet timing: 12:15 PM
• Briefing/rollout: 1:30 +/- PM
• Event destination: Jabal Jais Mountain
• Prices:
  Mix BBQ Grill/rice/salad and soft drinks – 60 AED
  BBQ/rice/Salad, soft drinks and Shisha (charcoal will be provided) – 80 AED
  Extra head shisha – 15 AED
• Free to Paid Members: NO

Event Agenda:
BMW AGMC: 1 PM 1:30 PM
Jabal Jais Mountain Lunch/Shisha/Photo-shoot: 3:00 – 6:30

Things you will need for the drive:

• Your cars
• Outdoor Chairs (Jabal Jais)
• Cameras

***PLEASE COME FUELED UP, WE WILL NOT BE STOPPING ON THE WAY TO RAK

Payments will be collected the morning of the event, please bring correct change.

Came to the US in August for studies (3 years to go now!)
I will be back in December for winter holidays so hope to see all you guys then! ;) (please plan something between December 20 - January 10) The weather will be amazing so I expect a long drive!

I still cant confirm as I am working now on graveyard shift up to 5 AM
I will try to reach home and rest until the convoy move .. if that is the case I will make it and join you
if not I wont be able to join ... kindly advise if the food+shesha package has to be confirmed before or it will be available and we may buy the same if we need

It will be available on the mountain, but preferably to be purchased at the meeting point to guarantee the amount of individuals eating to the Resturant.
